The Hej Tide group brings Malmö locals together for cold dips and new friendships.
Rebecka Whitehead from Australia started the Hej Tide group about 13 weeks ago. Together, participants take morning dips in the sea and go on walks, including in Torup, to meet new people and feel less alone.
