BK Flagg is Malmö's Sports Club of the Year
The Kirseberg club gave children a new chance to play ice hockey.
Long-standing BK Flagg in Kirseberg, with almost a century of football history, started its own ice hockey section for children and young people in the neighbourhood last year. Now the club has been named Malmö's Sports Club of the Year. One of the new hockey players is eight-year-old Alan, whose father Vahid has also become a coach at the club. "Today, ice hockey is what most things revolve around," says Vahid Mohammadi. The award was presented at the Associations Gala on 23 October.
