Planning permission granted for 175 rental homes in Norra Ellstorp
The plans include a green courtyard and homes of different sizes.
The city planning committee has granted permission for two residential buildings in the Körsbärsträdet block, near Östervärn station. Plans provide for 175 rental homes with one to five rooms plus a kitchen. Three shops, a communal room, solar panels and a green, car-free courtyard are also planned.
