E.ON invests SEK 400 million in Malmö thermal energy storage
A new heat accumulator is planned in Norra hamnen.
E.ON announces an approximately SEK 400 million investment in 2,400 MWh of heat storage. The company estimates it can cut emissions from its heat production by up to half and plans commissioning in winter 2028–29.
